- Upload the CSV. Enter your brand terms, separated by commas, and one line describing what your business sells.
- Get your free summary in under a minute: spend flagged, suggested negative count, watchlist count, estimated monthly savings and the three most expensive suggested negatives.
- Pay $39 once to unlock the full report and paste-ready file. Review every suggestion before pasting it into Google Ads.
Google moves this menu now and then. The current path is in Google's own help page on the search terms report.
What this is, and what it is not
- Savings are estimates from your file's numbers. This is decision support, not an autopilot or a guarantee.
- Review every suggestion before pasting anything into Google Ads.
- Competitor names and "free" searches get exact match; every other suggestion uses phrase match. Never broad match.
- Search and Shopping only. Performance Max rows are set aside and counted when your export marks them.
- Uploads are deleted immediately after every run, success or failure, and the deletion is checked. Unpaid summaries stay 24 hours; paid reports stay 30 days after payment.
- No account access or login. This site does not ask for or store your email. The payment provider collects your checkout details and sends the receipt.
$39 per report. Pay once.
If your file is in US dollars and the wasted spend found is under $39, I refund the payment. The summary tells you before you pay when that is the case.
Pay by card through a payment provider; your result link unlocks after payment.

Questions
- Is my data safe with you?
- I delete your uploaded file as soon as the run finishes, whether it succeeds or fails, and the deletion is checked. Unpaid summaries stay for 24 hours; paid reports stay for 30 days after payment. No language model reads your data. The tool needs no account access or login. This site does not ask for or store your email; the payment provider collects your checkout details for the receipt.
- Which exports work?
- Use a Google Ads Search terms CSV for Search or Shopping, from the Campaigns menu. Keep all columns, including Search term, Match type, Added/Excluded, Campaign, Clicks, Impr., Cost and Conversions. Choose the last 30 days. The limit is 92 days and 25 MB; unbounded All time exports are rejected. UTF-8 and UTF-16 files both work. Amounts use your file's currency.
- Does it cover Performance Max?
- No. Filter out Performance Max before downloading your Search terms report. If Performance Max rows are still present and your export has a Campaign type column, the tool sets them aside and counts them. The review covers Search and Shopping search terms only.
- What is a conservative negative keyword?
- These are conservative suggestions for review, based on spending evidence or patterns such as job seekers, wholesale, free, DIY content, second hand and competitor names. Brand terms, terms that converted and keywords marked Added are never negated. Terms already excluded are skipped.
- How accurate is the wasted-spend number?
- The figure is an estimate. Fixed rules use benchmarks from your file, not industry averages. Statistical suggestions require zero conversions, clicks predicting at least three conversions at the conversion rate of its campaign group, and enough spend relative to that group's costs. If a group barely converts, statistical suggestions stay on the watchlist with an account-health warning. If your file has no conversions at all, the tool asks for your target cost per conversion instead of guessing.
- Why did it refuse my file?
- If none of your brand terms appears in a campaign name or search term, the tool refuses the run. Enter the brand name as it appears in your account, then upload the CSV again. No report is made, and the file is deleted.
- Can you apply the negatives for me?
- No. I don't access your account or apply changes. The paid report includes a paste-ready file in Google Ads bulk-upload format. Review every suggestion before pasting it into Google Ads. You decide what to exclude.
- What if I run the review every month?
- Upload a fresh CSV each month. Each full report costs $39, with a separate one-time payment. There is no subscription. Download any files you want to keep before the paid report expires after 30 days.
- Who built this?
- I'm Abhishek Pal, with six years of digital marketing experience, including roles at Naukri and Internshala. For context, a similar tool I built at a prior employer saved about 7 hours a week and flagged Rs.10,000 to 20,000 a month of wasted spend.
