Privacy and data handling

What this site does with the file you upload, in plain words.

• The uploaded search-terms file is used for one thing: the review you asked for. It is deleted the moment the run finishes, success or failure, and the deletion is checked.
• A free summary stays on the server for 24 hours (7 days once you open the checkout). A paid report stays 30 days after payment. Then both are deleted.
• The browser check at /free uploads nothing. The file is read by your browser only.
• No language model reads your data. The rules are deterministic code.
• No account access, no login, no cookies set by this site, no analytics scripts. The server keeps a count of page loads, uploads and payments with a short hash of each run, never the run link or the file.
• The payment provider collects your checkout details and sends your receipt under its own privacy terms. This site stores the order id to unlock the report.
• The server is in Europe (a Hostinger VPS). Nothing is sold or shared.
• To have a report deleted earlier, email the address below with the report link. Deletion is done by hand the same day.
